Personal Information Handling Agreement
個人情報取り扱い同意書

STAND 8 Japan K.K. ("STAND 8"), strives to safely manage and use personal information received from a job-seeking individual user (“User”), and handles personal information as follows.

STAND8Japan株式会社（以下「STAND8」）は、お客様（人材紹介希望する個人のお客様、以下同じ）から取得する個人情報を、適切かつ安全に管理・利用するよう努め、以下の通り取り扱います。


  1. Purpose of Use
    個人情報の利用目的について

STAND 8 uses collected personal information for the following purposes. Information will not be otherwise used without User consent.

STAND8は、個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。お客様の承諾なく、他の目的には利用いたしません。

  1. For communications with a User
    お客様とのご連絡のため

  2. To provide requested materials
    ご請求資料の提供を行うため

  3. For applications to employers to which a User wish to apply
    ご応募を希望する求人先に求職者情報を提供するため

  4. In response to inquiries from employers
    事業主からの相談や問い合わせに対応するため

  5. To provide information to employers which hired a User through our services
    入社決定企業に関する情報を提供するため

  6. For marketing activities related to STAND 8 services (such as invitations to seminars, e-mails about job opportunities, etc.)
    STAND8サービスに関するマーケティング活動（セミナーの案内、求人情報に関するメールの配信　等）のため

  7. For other purposes incidental to the above items
    その他上記の各号に付随する目的のため


II. Sharing of Personal Information to Third Parties
 個人情報の第三者提供について

STAND 8 will not provide personal information to third parties except in specific cases. STAND8は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

  1. When required by law
    法令に基づく場合

  2. When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain consent from a User
    人の生命、身体または財産保護のために必要があり、人の生命・身体・財産を保護するために必要であって、本人の同意を得ることが難しい場合

  3. When it is necessary to cooperate with national institutions, local governments, or person entrusted with carrying out their legal duties, and obtaining the consent of a User may affect the execution of those duties
    国の機関、地方公共団体またはその委託先等が法務を遂行する上で協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼす恐れがある場合

  4. When the consent of a User has been obtained in advance
    お客様の事前の承諾を得た場合


III. Disclosure of Personal Information
 個人情報の開示等について

A User may contact STAND 8 regarding the disclosure (disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, erasure or suspension of use, or cessation of provision to third parties) of their personal information. STAND 8 will respond within a reasonable amount of time after first confirming the User identity. For more information, please contact the "Personal Information Consultation Desk" below.

お客様は、STAND8に対してご自身の個人情報の開示等(開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供の停止)に関して、窓口にお問合せができます。その際、STAND8はご本人を確認させていただいた上で、合理的な期間内に対応致します。詳しくは下記「個人情報相談窓口」までお問い合わせ下さい。
