【仕事の概要】
ユーザー受け入れテスト リードとして、この役割の主な役割は、すべての機能リリースのユーザー受け入れテストを促進することです。これには、プロセスを通じて関係者を組織して指導すること、およびテストの進行状況とステータス (ブロックされている問題を含む) を伝達することが含まれます。 。
UAT リードは、組織内のリリースのユーザー受け入れテストの管理と、ビジネス関係者や製品所有者とのテストシナリオの開発を担当します。 この役割には、企業についての詳細な理解と、詳細なテスト シナリオを作成する能力が必要です。
【役割と責任】
テストシナリオの作成
・プロダクトオーナーと協力して、今後のリリースの範囲とビジネス要件を理解する
・合格基準とビジネス要件に基づいて詳細なテストシナリオを作成
・必要に応じて、今後のリリースに向けたテスト データとテスト資料を収集します。
UATファシリテーション
・さまざまな関係者グループとの対面および仮想 UAT セッションを実行
・セッションの環境準備を整える
・さまざまなテストシナリオを通じて関係者を指導し、質問に答えられる十分な知識を得る
チーム間のコラボレーション
・製品チームと協力してビジネス要件と新機能を理解する
・リリーストレインエンジニアと連携して今後のリリースを調整
・品質エンジニアと協力してテスト作業を調整します
・財務パートナーと協力してテストの取り組みを調整する さまざまなビジネス関係者グループと協力してテストを促進し、必要に応じて承認を得る
【要件】
言語：ビジネスにおいて日本語と英語の両方を使用できることが望ましい
資格:
学士号が必要 - ビジネス、テクノロジー
デジタル マーケティング、電子商取引、デジタル エクスペリエンス デザイン、産業エンジニアリング、テクノロジー、または関連分野のテスト業務に 2 年以上従事。

A world-renowned media and entertainment company is looking for a User Acceptance Testing Lead (DT). The position is based in Osaka and requires on-site work with flexible schedules. Relocation support is available.

Summary
As a User Acceptance Testing Lead, the primary function of this role will be to facilitate User Acceptance testing for all the functional releases, which involves organizing and leading stakeholders through the process as well as communicating the progress and status of testing (including blocking issues).
The UAT Lead will be responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing for releases within the organization, as well as developing test scenarios with business stakeholders and product owners. The role will require a detailed understanding of the enterprise and the ability to write detailed test scenarios.
Roles & Responsibilities
Test Scenario Creation
Work with Product Owners to understand the scope and business requirements of upcoming releases
Develop detailed test scenarios based off of acceptance criteria and business requirements
Gather testing data and testing materials for upcoming releases if applicable
UAT Facilitation
Run in person and virtual UAT sessions with various different stakeholder groups
Ensure environmental readiness for sessions
Instruct stakeholders through different testing scenarios and be knowledgeable enough to answer questions
Cross Team Collaboration
Work with Product teams to understand the business requirements and new functionality
Work with Release Train Engineers to coordinate upcoming releases
Work with Quality Engineers to coordinate testing efforts
Work with Finance Partners to coordinate testing efforts work with various different business stakeholder groups to facilitate testing and obtain acceptance where applicable
Languages
Ability to use both Japanese and English in business is desirable
Japanese (Advanced High and above) professional working proficiency
English (Advanced High and above) professional working proficiency
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Business, Technology
2+ years in Testing Role in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Experience Design, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
Experience writing test scenarios
Experience with large scale transformation initiatives
Working in an agile technology delivery program
Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
