セキュリティ、パフォーマンス、信頼性、再利用性、拡張性、保守性の要件を満たすように、指定されたプロジェクトのアプリケーション アーキテクチャを設計することです。 プロジェクトの作業には、既存のプラットフォーム、システム、アプリケーション、マイクロサービスへのソリューション オプションへの参加と設計が含まれます。 新しいシステムやプラットフォームの設計にも携わることになります。 意思決定とソリューション設計を推進するために、利害関係者やその他の人々との技術的な議論を主導する責任を負います。 技術的なソリューションを通じてアジャイルなデリバリー チームを指導し、プロダクト オーナーやプロダクト マネージャーと協力してエンドツーエンドのソリューションを実装します。 UPR システムの技術的知識を維持し、対象分野の専門家として行動します。

【役割と責任】
ソリューション設計 - 該当する場合、エンドツーエンドの統合ソリューションの設計、設計/開発、実装を監督します。
実装の一環として、開発チームの対象分野の専門家になります。 組織の既存のソリューション アーキテクチャとテクノロジー ポートフォリオを文書化して維持します。 改善や代替案を提案します。 標準およびアーキテクチャ計画への準拠について、新規および既存のソリューション設計プロジェクト、調達またはアウトソーシング計画をレビューします。
社内および社外の技術リソースとのインターフェースを取り、タスクを調整します。 プロジェクト マネージャー、ベンダー、IT 関係者と協力して見積もりを提供し、インストール、カスタマイズ、統合作業の全体的な実装計画を作成します。
ユース ケース シナリオ、シーケンス図、スワッガー、ワークフロー図、データ モデルによる調査結果に基づいて、ビジネス プロセスとシステム プロセスをモデル化します。
【要件】
言語：日本語と英語の両方をビジネス上で使えることが望ましい。
学士号 (または同等の経験)：計算機科学、データベース技術のいずれか
大規模なビジネス変革プロジェクトを推進したエンタープライズ・アーキテクチャ経験5年以上
ERP、POSシステム、データウェアハウス、ハイパフォーマンスコンピューティングクラスタなど、エンタープライズレベルのソフトウェアおよびハードウェアシステムの経験。
ファイアウォール、侵入検知/防止システム、仮想プライベートネットワークなど、ネットワークアーキテクチャとセキュリティについて知識。
クラウド知識、Amazon Web Services（AWS）、Microsoft Azure、Google Cloud Platformなどのクラウドプラットフォームを利用した経験。
APIレイヤーやサーバーレスアーキテクチャを含むモダンアーキテクチャパターンの経験
アジャイルやウォーターフォールなどのプロジェクト管理手法、JIRAなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの経験。

Job Summary
A world-renowned media and entertainment company is looking for a Tech Enterprise Architect Manager.
The company operates globally and has strong business in the Americas and Japan including entertainment attractions operations in Osaka.
This individual will oversee the development of enterprise products and architectures as IT investments accelerate. This position is based in Osaka and requires on-site work, offering flexible hours without required core time. Relocation support is available.

Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Design - Where applicable, architect, design/develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solution.
Be a subject matter expert for development teams as part of implementation.
Document and maintain the organizations existing solutions architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
Review new and existing solutions design projects and procurement or outsourcing plans for compliance with standards and architectural plans.
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources.
Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors and IT stakeholders to provide estimates and develop overall implementation plan for installation, customization, and integration efforts.
Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, swaggers, workflow diagrams, and data models.
Requirements
Have lead or participated in major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to produce requirement artifacts: Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, data flow diagrams, UML modeling techniques include sequence, component, deployment and domain models.
A background in software development with ability to code at some level and knowledge of APIs and SDKs.
Ability to use both Japanese and English in business.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into practical applications and operational solutions.
Having a technical architecture background. You understand at a high-level network design, routers, switches, firewalls, BGP, caching, SANs, servers, and operating systems form a part of the solution stack.
Extensive experience in developing strategic systems architecture plans.
Proven experience in system and network design and development.
Strong understanding of software evaluation and information processing principles and practices.
Solid grounding in core enterprise applications.
Proven project planning and management experience.
Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Demonstrable experience in solution architecture and integration solution design.
Believes in a continuous improvement approach and aptitude to initiate actions for it.
Excellence in visual communication using modeling languages such as UML.
Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration, agile software development methodologies, values and procedures.
Excellence in architecture documentation skills.
Strong experience with reverse proxies, web servers, gateways, service-oriented architectures, web services (REST), microservice patterns, service buses and integration patterns, security practices, database technologies.
Proven experience with databases and data storage including NoSQL and SQL databases, along with in memory key value stores.
